Board of Secondary Education Telangana has cancelled the Secondary School Certificate (SSC Class10) Board exams 2020 due to Covid -19 pandemic situation. The students were evaluated on the basis of internal assessment and objective criteria developed by the SSC Board of Telangana and the results were announced. The Head Master of ZPHS, Patharlapadu recommended to honour three students with equal scholarship.
The three merit students proposed by the Head Master of the School were given Late K. V. Sreenivas Rao Merit Scholarship Awards for the academic year 2019-2020.

The Board of Secondary Education, Government of Telangana did not conduct SSC Board examinations for academic year 2020-2021. Four students were identified by the Head Master, ZPHS Patharlapahad, for Scholarship assistance.

For the academic year 2022-2023 the first three School toppers of ZPHS Patharlapahad in X class examination were given Late K V Sreenivasa Rao Merit Scholarship Awards.

General Knowledge Books, Dictionaries and Mathematical Table books worth Rs.25000/- were also distributed to the School Students.
