Kesaraju Venkateswar Rao Memorial Endowment Fund popularly known as KVRMEF is a registered non-profit charitable Trust dedicated to supporting underprivileged children and financially destitute women and children in a modest way. The Trust was founded in January 2017 by Dr. Deepika Kesaraju, an Obstetrician & Gynecologist, and Venkata Harish Kesaraju, a retired bank official.

The Trust proposes to carry philanthropic activities by extending targeted financial assistance to Divyangjan (Differently Abled). The Trust contemplates to extend financial aid to Divyang individuals to help them acquire essential assistive devices and appliances and mobility aids. This includes wheel chairs, tricycles, walking frames, crutches, corrective vision glasses, and hearing aids etc.
